What Is Stretch Therapy?

 


Stretch Therapy is a 30- or 60-minute one-on-one session where Roxanne guides your body through customized stretches. Unlike massage, this service focuses entirely on releasing tight muscles and fascia through movement and positioning. It’s especially beneficial if you struggle with:

 

 

  • Chronic muscle tension or stiffness

 

  • Limited range of motion

 

  • Fascial restrictions impacting posture or movement

 

  • Sleep disruptions due to tension
