Service Prices

 

All appointment bookings (online, in-person, over the phone) require a credit card to hold the appointment.

Your card will not be charged until after the appointment. Late cancellations incur a $50 fee. Please see FAQs for current cancellation and no-show policies.

Acupuncture

15-minute Chinese Medicine Consultation | Free

Clients new to Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine practices often have questions. If you're interested in learning more about what these practices can do to support your health goals, schedule your free 15-minute consultation with one of our expert practitioners.

Consultation is a phone call or telemedicine appointment. Please specify which you prefer at time of booking.

Acupuncture Initial Treatment | $135

  • New clients and clients new to acupuncture complete an initial appointment to assess overall health history, current complaints, goals, and treatment planning.

  • Appointment is between 60- and 90-minutes.

  • Appointment may be up to 2 hours depending on client case.

Acupuncture Discounted Initial Treatment | $115

  • Discounted initial appointments are available for first responders, veterans, healthcare employees, school employees, and students.

  • Appointment must be booked by contacting the office. No online booking available.

  • Proof of status as a first responders, healthcare employee, school employee, veteran, or student must be provided to office by the appointment. Patient may upload to their secure patient account a photo of an ID stating current status as one of these categories. This may also be provided in person at the appointment. If this is not provided, the full price of the treatment will be charged ($135).

  • Follow-up appointments are $95 per session.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Chinese Herbal Medicine Consultation | $50

  • New clients and clients new to Chinese Herbal Medicine complete an initial appointment to assess overall health history, current complaints, goals, and treatment planning. Herbal medicine may be recommended based on client goals.

  • Appointment is approximately 30 minutes.

  • Follow-up appointment may be necessary, though most follow-up and simple herbal compound changes can be handled through email or a quick phone call at no charge.

Herbal Medicine Supplement | $20-40 weekly

Herbal medicine supplements may be recommended. These are available in various forms, including tablet, tea pill, and granulated powder. The pricing will vary based on the recommended herbs and compounds. Length of supplementation treatments vary based upon individual client, from one week through several months.

Massage Therapy, Bodywork, Stretch Therapy

Massage Therapy | $85 - $150 

  • All regular massage therapy sessions are the same pricing.

    • 60-minute - $85
    • 90-minute - $120
    • 120-minute - $150

  • These sessions typically focus on traditional techniques of Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, or intuitive massage.

  • These session do not include any of the specialty techniques listed as separate session types.

Stretch Therapy | $50 - $85 

  • Stretch Therapy (Assisted Stretching) is available in 30-minute and 60-minute sessions.

    • 30-minute - $50
    • 60-minute - $85

  • Stretch Therapy is assisted stretching provided by a Licensed Massage Therapist in a 30-minute or 60-minute session.

  • Experience deeper, longer stretching to relieve tension and release fascial strain that impacts your body's movement, sleep, ability to relax, and restrictions that can cause headaches, pain, and other issues.

  • Stretch Therapy at WAY Wellness Center is provided by Roxanne Williams, LMT, who is also a certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor.

  • These sessions do not include massage therapy. For a stretching session that incorporates massage therapy, please book an Illumine Bodywork Session.

Prenatal, Postpartum, and Fertility Support Massage | $100 - $145

  • All sessions are the same pricing.

    • 60-minute - $100
    • 90-minute - $145
    • 30-minute C-Section Scar Tissue Massage - $60
    • 30-minute Add-On Postpartum Services - $50

Myofascial Release | $100 - $190

  • This technique uses very slow, even traction on tissue and joints to soften tight tissue.

  • As a result of this technique, the client may begin to process suppressed or repressed emotions. The practitioner supports the client through processing their responses to the treatment.

  • Myofascial release appointments are considered specialty massage appointments due to the extensive training and practice involved in providing this service.

  • Appointments are available as 60-minutes, 90-minutes, or 120-minutes. 

    • 60-minute - $100
    • 90-minute - $145
    • 120-minute - $190

Integrative Massage | $100 - $180

  • Combined specialized massage techniques are used to provide therapeutic touch.

  • The session may include techniques of myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, and Craniosacral Therapy.

  • This is dependent upon the client's needs and the training of the practitioner. 

  • Does not include fertility massage, pregnancy massage, or postpartum massage.

  • If a dedicated myofascial release session is desired, please book it as a separate service.

  • Appointments are available as 60-minutes or 90-minutes. 

    • 60-minute - $100
    • 90-minute - $145
    • 120-minute - $180

Craniosacral Therapy | $100 - $145

  • Craniosacral Therapy uses gentle, featherlight touch that mainly involves holding and slow movements.

  • A manual therapy with osteopathic roots, Craniosacral Therapy is effective for a variety of ailments. This treatment can help relieve headaches, TMJ, back and neck pain, other body aches and pains, ear and sinus problems, digestive issues and more.

  • Craniosacral Therapy is not performed exclusively to cause SomatoEmotional Release (SER), but it may occur.

  • Appointments are available as 60-minutes or 90-minutes. 

    • 60-minute - $100
    • 90-minute - $145

Craniosacral Therapy for Infants | $80 - $125

  • Craniosacral Therapy uses gentle, featherlight touch that mainly involves holding and slow movements.

  • This safe and gentle treatment can be beneficial for babies who are dealing with colic, reflux, spitting up, fussiness, breastfeeding issues, difficulty latching, favoring one position or one breast over the other, sleeplessness, digestive discomforts, teething, sensitivities, head injuries, trauma from childbirth and so much more.

  • Craniosacral Therapy is not performed exclusively to cause SomatoEmotional Release (SER), but it may occur. In infants, emotional release often looks like yawning, sneezing, passing gas, or fussiness and most infants will experience a longer nap than usual following a session.

  • Appointments are available as 60-minutes or 90-minutes. 

    • 60-minute - $80
    • 90-minute - $125

Integrative Bodywork | $145 - $180

  • Includes all bodywork modalities listed as Integrative Bodywork under our services.

  • Please note that the exact modality that is best for you may not be determined until during the first appointment. Not all Integrative Bodywork options are appropriate for every client, and we strive to make the best recommendation for each client to ensure the best healing support is provided.

  • Appointments are 90-minutes or 110-minutes.

    • 90-minute - $145
    • 110-minute - $180

  • Please allow additional time for all Integrative Bodywork appointments. 

Illumine Bodywork and Mind-Body Therapy | $150 - 200

Includes all sessions listed under Illumine Bodywork and Mind-Body Therapy under our services.

Full Illumine Bodywork session:

These extended sessions allow for the most complete experience. Each session includes full-body massage, stretching, and corrective exercises. The full sessions also include Reiki and energy work.

Full Illumine Bodywork sessions are priced as follows:

  • 90-min (1.5 hours) - $150
  • 120-min (2 hours) - $200

Please allow additional time for all Illumine sessions. 

Massage and bodywork discount program | 20% off with Select Insurance Coverage

Beginning April 15, 2025, some clients may be eligible to receive 20% off massage therapy or bodywork sessions that are 90-min or longer.

To receive the discount, you must have United Health Care or Kaiser Permanente insurance plan coverage. Plan type does not matter.

Comprehensive allergy treatment | Price Varies per Individual Session

Treatment may include Qi-5 Scanner, Nutrition Response Testing, SAAT, and/or Bioset therapies. Treatment options and recommendations will be discussed during the session.

Homeopathic remedies or additional sessions may be recommended based upon individual assessment and needs.

 

Qi-5 Scanning and Laser Therapy | $135

The Advance Scan with Laser Treatment is $135 for a 30-minute appointment.

This appointment only includes Qi-5 Scanning and Laser Therapy. If additional therapies are advised, Dr. Bastress will discuss this with you during the session and may recommend an additional session.

Fertility Support and Family Planning

Fertility Acupuncture Initial | $135

  • Acupuncture is a great way to support your fertility journey as you plan for a family.

  • Your initial appointment will include a comprehensive health history and fertility planning with your practitioner. The acupuncturists at WAY are skilled in working alongside medical fertility plans, and have experience in supporting IVF, IUI, and other conception methods.

  • Call the office today for more information on how our practitioners can assist and support you through this time in your life.

  • Appointment is between 60- and 90-minutes.

  • Appointment may be up to 2 hours depending on client case.

Fertility Acupuncture Follow-up | $95

  • All acupuncture appointments after the initial appointment are considered follow-up.

  • Number and frequency of follow-up appointments for fertility support will be determined at your initial appointment and throughout treatment process.

  • Appointment is 60-minutes.

  • Appointment may be shorter or longer depending on client case.

Fertility Support Massage | $100 

Fertility support massage focuses on stress reduction and utilizes abdominal bodywork in order to release tension, promote alignment and mobility of soft tissue structures, enhance blood flow, and reduce adhesions, restrictions and scar tissue.

This work is not suitable during menstruation or active bleeding, or for those with an IUD, pelvic infection or active cancer cells.

If you have scheduled in error, please contact the office at 412-772-1461 to have your appointment adjusted to the correct treatment.

Fertility Support with Integrative Bodywork | $100 - $145

  • Fertility support with Integrative Bodywork treatments may be scheduled as part of the overall fertility plan with the office team (including acupuncture), or may be scheduled as the sole fertility planning support. Fertility support with Integrative Bodywork is a natural and non-invasive way to support fertility and family planning. This is not a relaxation massage. For relaxation massage, please book a regular massage therapy session with any of our licensed practitioners.

  • Integrative Bodywork modalities are similar to massage therapy in that it is bodywork done by a licensed and highly trained practitioner. During a fertility support appointment, Integrative Bodywork techniques include precise stretching of ligaments, nerves, blood vessels, lymphatics, muscle, and other connective tissue that supports the reproductive system. While many different angles of approach are used in the treatment, there is no contact with the genitals and all work is done through constant assessment. The practitioner will continuously check in with the client and ask for consent before proceeding to work on any areas within the pelvic region, inner thigh, or other nearby anatomy.

  • Integrative Bodywork for fertility support is not a regular massage therapy appointment. For a relaxation massage, please book a regular massage appointment.

  • Fertility Support with Integrative Bodywork appointments are 90-minutes. The initial Fertility Support appointment is 90 minutes due to the length of intake and assessment time in the appointment. All follow-up appointments are also 90-minutes.

    • 90-minute - $145

  • It is required that you discuss fertility support with Integrative Bodywork as part of your plan of care with your fertility treatment center, care team, and/or doctor prior to making an appointment. 

Prenatal (Pregnancy) Massage Therapy | $100 - $145

  • Pregnancy massage therapy treatments may be scheduled as part of your overall family planning with the office team (including acupuncture), or may be scheduled as the sole family planning support. Pregnancy massage is a relaxing way to support your mind, body, and spirit during the family planning process.

  • Depending on the practitioner and techniques you would prefer for your treatment, pregnancy massage may include a variety of other therapeutic treatments.

  • Available in 60-minute or 90-minute sessions.

  • Prenatal massage is safe for all trimesters of your pregnancy.

  • If you are concerned based on your own personal journey with conception and pregnancy, please discuss with your PCP or OB/GYN before scheduling.

Postpartum Massage Therapy | $100 - $145

Offered by Kalyn Caine, LMT, Doula and Lactation Consultant.

  • Catered to the individual needs of new and expectant mamas, the certified postpartum licensed massage therapist can help relieve tension, discomfort and pain, correct dysfunction, and soothe the nervous system.

  • Additional services include C-section scar massage to improve appearance and function, as well as lactation massage for engorgement, plugged ducts and low milk supply.

  • Available in 60-minute or 90-minute sessions.

  • It is recommended to discuss postpartum massage as part of your plan of care with WAY practitioners, care team, and/or doctor.

C-Section Scar Tissue Massage | $60

Offered by Kalyn Caine, LMT, Doula and Lactation Consultant.

  • C-section scar massage helps to improve appearance and function.

  • Also available as 30-minute add-on services for postpartum massage therapy.
